Each successive workout is released every day, totaling 14 workouts, each one building upon the exercises learned in the previous workout.

  • Access: Have access to this program for years to do over and over again!
  • Flexible: complete each workout every day for 14 days OR at the pace that is appropriate for you. Maybe stay at a certain workout for several weeks before moving on to the next harder workout in the series.
