Another focus is purposeful movement: moving our bodies to build strength and endurance safety and effectively. All guided workouts are fun, motivating, and super effective. Though the workouts have been designed for more seasoned exercisers who have built up strength from the Detox and Kickstart programs, I always provide three layers of all movement so all levels can get the most out of the workout. Minimal equipment needed: two sets of hand weights (suggested: 3lbs and 5lbs), 1 long theraband/resistance band, 1-2 12 inch mini loop bands, and a mat.
By the end of this challenge, you’ll definitely feel lighter and leaner … but you’ll also have more energy, your sleep will improve, you’ll likely have fewer aches and pains, and you’ll just plain FEEL better.
The best part? Our goal during this challenge is to have your results carry over for a LIFETIME. This is NOT a fad diet. If you follow the principles of this plan, you’ll see HUGE benefits in nearly EVERY AREA of your life.
