Virtual Studio Mission Statement
I created these programs because I think there is a need for an accessible total health program that is easy to use, but also challenging and effective - yet safe - to bring the results people are looking for.
My expertise is in developing fitness programs that work the entire body while keeping the body safe from injury. With all my guided workouts, I always offer several layers (levels) of movements, so I request all my clients to listen to their body and pick the layer that works best for their joints and fitness level.
I consider myself an educator of fitness. My job is to guide all my clients to execute effective form. Every cue I say is said to keep your body SAFE from injury. Correct form is critical to success.
Within all that, consistency is key to success. My guided workouts are doable, exciting, dare I say FUN and super motivating. So let's do this together!
